Transfer Out Authorization Agreement

This Transfer Out Authorization is an authorization that you are providing to Activehours, Inc. d/b/a EarnIn, including its third-party processor (collectively, “EarnIn”) to debit your account in connection with EarnIn’s Transfer Out services.

By indicating your assent to this authorization (such as by clicking “Transfer Out”  or “Transfer Out + Tip”, “Yes, repeat Transfer Out”), you authorize EarnIn to initiate a one-time electronic debit from the bank account including any corresponding debit card you designate as well as any new bank account or corresponding debit card you may subsequently link or designate in your EarnIn profile (the “Bank Account”), in the amount of (a) any Transfer Out you request, plus any voluntary tip and Lightning Speed fee you select, and (b) any previously authorized Transfer Out amounts including any voluntary tips and Lightning Speed fees that remain unpaid (collectively, the ‘Total Debit Amount’). You further authorize Earnin to electronically debit or credit your Bank Account to correct any erroneous credit or debit.  

You acknowledge that the authorizations you provide in this Transfer Out Authorization will remain in effect until you notify EarnIn that you wish to revoke these authorizations. You acknowledge that you have no obligation to repay any Transfer Out and that the provision of Transfer Outs is governed by the Cash Out Terms of Service (https://www.earnin.com/privacyandterms/cash-out/terms-of-service). 

You may revoke your authorizations by emailing care@earnin.com. You must notify EarnIn at least three business days before the scheduled debit date in order to cancel the authorization for that debit to allow Earnin reasonable time to act on your instructions. If EarnIn receives your notice revoking your authorizations less than three business days before the scheduled debit date, EarnIn may attempt to cancel the debit transaction, but EarnIn will not be responsible if the debit is completed as scheduled.
